This past weekend, NYE party goers rang in the new year with rapper Nelly at Resorts World Casino. The St. Louis rapper performed his hit songs “Hot in Herre” “Ride With Me” and “Country Grammar,” leading up to the ball drop and champagne toast provided by Resorts World.
