During the holiday, a Queens mailman was so stressed by the number of Christmas gifts/cards he was expected to deliver, that he simply threw hundreds of them in the trash.
Daniel Darby, a postman from Ozone Park, was conquered by the mass amount of holiday gifts in his early December mail, and allegedly threw the mail in a residential garbage can.
Darby also admitted to ripping open some of the mail and stealing gift cards.
He faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
