Police are investigating a homicide that occurred on Saturday at 11 p.m. in South Ozone Park.
Authorities say a 28-year-old man was fatally shot at 140th Street and 120th Avenue. Police say the victim, whose identity was not released, was shot in the head.
EMS took him to Jamaica Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
There are no arrests at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
